Before using any services provided by The Diabetics USA or conducting any transactions with us, you must carefully read and agree to the terms outlined below. By accessing our website or engaging in any business with The Diabetics USA, you confirm your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use our services.
Eligibility:
You must be 18 years of age or older to sell supplies or utilize our services.
Product Requirements:
We only accept diabetic supplies that meet the following criteria:
- Factory-sealed
- Non-expired
- In original packaging
- Approved brands listed on our website
We do not accept:
- Opened or tampered products
- Items that are expired or close to expiration (short-dated)
- Damaged packaging
- Boxes with illegible expiration dates
Such items will not be eligible for payment or return.
Packaging Responsibility:
You are responsible for securely packaging your items. The Diabetics USA is not liable for any damage during shipping and may reduce or withhold payment for damaged supplies.
Shipping Responsibility:
We are not responsible for packages lost in transit or prematurely marked as delivered by USPS or other carriers. It is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier in such cases.
Accepted Brands & Products:
We only offer payment for products and brands listed on our website or pre-approved in writing.
Unlisted or unauthorized items:
- Will be donated or discarded if no return request is made within 7 days
- May be returned upon request, subject to a shipping fee
Labeling & Damage:
We are not responsible for:
- Damage under labels
- Missing parts
- Boxes affected by label removal
These may result in reduced or no compensation.
Return Policy:
To request the return of your items:
- Submit a request within 7 days of delivery to us
- After 7 days, returns will not be processed
- Return shipping fees apply
Payment Terms:
- Payments are issued within 24–48 hours after inspection
- Payment methods include: PayPal, Zelle, CashApp, or check
- Any PayPal transaction fees are your responsibility
- Providing incorrect payment details may result in delays, and The Diabetics USA is not liable for lost or misdirected funds
Ownership Confirmation:
By sending us your supplies, you certify that:
- You legally own the items
- You have the right to sell them
- Upon inspection, all items become the property of The Diabetics USA
Prohibited Items:
We do not accept test strips or supplies purchased through:
- Medicare
- Medicaid
- Any government-funded programs
Check Delivery:
Checks generally arrive within 5–7 business days, but may take up to 14 days.
If a check is lost:
- You must request a stop payment
- A replacement check may take up to 14 business days
Legal Compliance:
By doing business with The Diabetics USA, you agree:
- All transactions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina
- All disputes will be resolved exclusively in Union County, North Carolina
- You waive the right to a jury trial and agree to resolve claims individually
Consent to Communication:
You consent to receive text messages, phone calls, and emails from The Diabetics USA and its affiliates regarding your orders, service updates, and promotional offers.
Limitation of Liability:
Our liability is strictly limited to the assigned value of your accepted supplies.
We are not responsible for:
- Direct or indirect damages
- Incidental or consequential losses

Prescription Compliance:
Selling supplies to The Diabetics USA:
- Does not interfere with your prescription or treatment plan
- Requires that items are sealed, unexpired, and legally yours to sell
